Hello Forum
When a lot Will based Nil Rate Band/NRB Discretionary Trusts were drawn up the Residential Nil Rate Band/RNRB did not exist.
Does a Will-based NRB Discretionary Trust potentially automatically benefit from the RNRB?
I realise the Will based NRB Discretionary would have to create a Immediate Post-Death Interest settlement/Intrest in possesions of the residence to a direct decendant.
Thank you for your coments in adance
Andrew
