Negligible Value Claim - Accountant Wanted

Postby mp2016 » Sat Jul 27, 2024 7:03 am

My wife invested in a EIS eligible company that traded for 4 years before it went into liquidation.

She claimed the initial tax relief.

Now that the company has gone into liquidation she wants to make a negligible value claim on the shares.

As she is and always has been PAYE, she needs to send a claim via a letter to HMRC.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with this process who can write the letter for the claim - we have all the documents.
