Postby Nat2321302 » Wed Sep 25, 2024 2:57 pm

Hi, I wanted to ask what is the tax implication for UK company and if there is any reporting obligation for engaging a contract for services of a personal who lives in Philippines to do work on monthly
basis for a UK resident company . The company will pay USD1,500 monthly for the work and this will be transferred to the persons bank account in Philippines monthly

Regards

So long as they don't step foot in that UK you're golden from a UK tax perspective. Might be obligations in the Philippines however.
