Hi,

I am looking into starting a small company based on the following:

I advertise my services as a referral company for tutors. I get interest from a student and then contact my tutor who will deliver the teaching. The student pays the tutor £XX and I get £XX as referral commission from the tutor.

My commission is likely to be in the region of £100 a week.

I have a full time day job.

What kind of tax would I need to pay for the business? And what type of company would I need? Would it be limited?

Many thanks
