- CIS: Letters are being issued to contractors and agents: "The new Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) is now live";
- Tax Law Rewrite: Report and Plans 2007/08;
- Research Report 29: Charitable Donations by Wealthy People;
- Form R185 (Trust Income): HMRC have discovered an error to this form. This message tells trustees what to do;
- New factsheet: Complaints and putting things right C/FS - replaces Putting things right. How to complain (COP1) and Complaints and putting things right (Notice 1000);
- Non-charitable expenditure: revised guidance notes for charities about charitable expenditure;
New guide to filing PAYE forms online and paying electronically published; - Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCS) - list of registered clubs updated to 31 March 2007;
- The Stamp Duty Land Tax (The Finance Act 2003, Section 66 (Prescribed Statutory Provisions) Order 2007 (2207/1385) and Explanatory Memorandum;
- Notice 550: Air Passenger Duty (Update 2) April 2007: This update reflects the increases in air passenger duty effective from 1 February 2007 and additions to the list of destinations eligible for the European rates;
- Notice 701/47 Culture (Update 2), April 2007: This update amends Section 4 dealing with the scope of exemption for eligible bodies; and
- HMRC Brief 38/07: contains an article entitled Relaxation of the Registered Dealers in Controlled Oil scheme (RCDO).
